“Namma Ooru, Namma Janna – Noora ondu (101) kathegalu”

Namma Ooru,Namma Jana101stories (Project 560- IFA) Is a project that maps Bangalore through a few questions. It locates the individual in the cultural context of the city, creating a conversation about multiple local identities. As citizens, it maps your favorite landmark, eatery, smell, and how you navigate this city? Our intention is to gather conversations and map the cosmopolitan culture of this city. The project “Namma Ooru, Namma Jana – Noora Ondu (101) kathegalu” is coordinated by Suresh Jayaram with Kala Kanthan, Aishwaryan K, Sagar Shastri, Sandeep TK. & Shalvin Rajendran through 1Shanthiroad Studio/Gallery. This is a public art project supported by India Foundation for the Arts.

Initially the interviews were supposed to be projected/on view on TV/projector in Shanthiroad premises, but due to COVID 19, it has been uploaded and uploading on 1Shanthiroad’s  Youtube & their links are being shared through WhatsApp, Facebook and on Shanthiroad website as well.
